Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all aspects of HR & GA functions including recruitment , compensation, benefits, labor relations, training & development , discipline, promotion, rotation,retirement, resination ,appraisal of employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees, administration, government affairs etc.
- Review, implement and consider rules and regulation for practice by conforming to the Thai Labor Law,
- Prepare, update, recommend Human Resources and administration policies & procedures to Management Team.
Qualifications :
- Thai Nationality, Mail/Female age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor is Degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 10 years experience in Human Resources and Administration functions.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in English and computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong analytical and managerial skills
- Good and experienced with both HRD and HRM
- Good knowledge in Thai Labor Law
