Die manufacturing and    die correction are crucial steps in the production of high quality and efficient products.           Nowadays, Almet Thai has installed a highly-automated 3,000 tons capacity extrusion press machine, said to be the most modern and    largest of its kind in Southeast Asia.            Also Almet Thai expands its anodizing capacity up to 1,000 tons per month to cope with market demand. The use of anodic film in the    anodizing process will help extruded surface complete corrosion protection and achieve and excellent appearance.            Furthermore, Almet Thai introduces the newest technique called "UNICOL POWER SUPPLY" for our "Anolok" colouring process to    assure the uniformity and consistency of colour shade.            Recently, Almet Thai has also constructed a new paint line which facilities a broader range of colour for extrusion products.     Fluorocarbon paints (PVOF) and power paints will be used in addition to existing anodized finishes.            Products are refined and checked in each stage by Laboratory and Qualily Control section to meet AA or JIS specification as customer     requirements. The finished products are than carefully packed for both local and export shipments.
